Contract and Setup Fee
The first step in our process is to talk with you and answer any and all questions you might have. We ask that you sign a contract based on your choice of plans and pay a small setup fee of $100. This fee is 100% refundable should we not meet our obligations under the guarantee and contract that you sign.

Keyword Research
If you do not already have keyphrases for optimization, our team will begin by performing research into your industry and competing websites to establish a broad list of keyphrase candidates. We will then use various tools to determine which of the identified keywords would give you the best possible chance of getting the most qualified visitors to your website. We do this by comparing the total number of searches for each keyword and compare that to the number of competing sites. That ratio will give us the basis for suggesting a list of keywords for your review. You may use our suggested list, or override that list with terms of your own.

Initial Ranking Report
You will receive an initial report for the chosen keywords and exactly where your current site ranks in each of the top 5 search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo, ASK, and AOL). We will use this report to gauge our success. Should your site already rank in the top ten for the chosen keywords, we will not count those results toward our guaranteed number of results.

Website Optimization
We will take as many of your current website files as needed and use our techniques to optimize them for each of the chosen keywords. We will then deliver the new files to you for placement on your web server. We can also upload the files directly if you prefer. During the course of our monitoring, we will continue to optimize them as necessary to achieve the best possible results.

Periodic Reports
For our monthly optimization plan, you will receive a report each month that details your listings in each of the top 5 search engines for the chosen keywords. Based on this report, if we achieve the minimum number of top 10 rankings, we will charge your account for the monthly fee. If we do not meet the minimum guaranteed top 10 listings, we charge you nothing for that month and continue to tweak the optimization for better results.

For one-time optimization plans, we will produce a report within 120 days that lists the total number of top 30 listings. Based on this report, we will also charge your account for the pay-for-performance rankings that are achieved.
